Scam! Attached is the transcript of the conversation I had with customer service about whether or not my product was shipped. On the website for my status it stated payment not processed yet 2 seconds after I hit the submit button, the money was deducted from my account. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this website it is a scam, too bad I did not realize until I made the order. Theresa: My product has not been shipped off and I ordered it on December 13th Welcome Theresa! Your request has been directed to the After-sales service department. Please wait for our operator to answer your call. Call accepted by operator Tracy. Currently in room: Theresa, Tracy. Tracy: What your email plz? Theresa: Tracy: A second Tracy: Your ordered one we no have Tracy: Out off stock Theresa: No ma'am I verified after I made the order with Amy Theresa: I even recieved an e-mail yesterday stating that my order was mailed off Tracy: A second. Theresa: Now it is out of stock? Tracy: You can talk with amy becasue she know your order Theresa: Well if you do not have the product there is nothing Amy can tell me but how to refund my money Tracy: Can you chooes other one? Theresa: No thank you Tracy: Ok i let the amy talk with you Theresa: I'm not sure how this works but i am letting you know that since no one at your "company" seems to know where the product is and whether or not you have product.
