THIS SITE IS 100% FAKE! They advertise that they are 100% AUTHENTIC and that satisfaction is guaranteed. They are FAKE, there is no phone number you can call, and there is no answer to my emails stating I am unhappy that they are fake. I contacted the REAL coach store and they stated that this is a fake distributor and that they arent affiliated with them. To make matters WORSE... even if you don't mind a cheap knockoff, they arent exactly as pictured. The "C's" go in different directions, "coach" is misspelled on the purse (and not in the online pics), AND there are different designs than the one I ordered. I wouldnt mind AS much if the purses looked like what I ordered... but they are FAKE and look different. Customer service = AWFUL. Avoid... its not even worth paying for these knockoffs.
