I and many other site developers and artists constantly find our stolen property sitting on the trash warez site cobrascripts.com,. Us... and a few other similar domains. When emailed he whines about how he "just thought it was ok" because he pretends not to know that the only way he would have resell rights to anything is if he bought it and the author clearly and provably gave him permission. Have directly warned the idiot to remove my work and I follow the complaint process, but am advanced enough that I can remove it myself as well (messily). He collects the stolen property from his supposed "hosting clients" through the fake hosting sites like esb, then pretends he is a little coder to resell our hard work as if it is his own (but couldn't write something himself if his life depended on it) Stole graphic design from my graphic artist as well... DO NOT USE ANY HOST that has any IP address connected to these companies in any way.

The person owning this site steals products (php scripts) form developers and posts them as if he owns them.
Say away from this site and warn your friends.
Michael Rogers hacked the codelocked source of the PT-Scripts Traffic Exchange Script, and now claims it is his and sells it on cobrascripts.
We have asked Michael to do is show proof of purchase, of the PT-Scripts Traffic Exchange Script. That should not be hard to do. The problem is, Michael never bought the script rights. I sold this scripts and reseller rights to a lady named Cathy. ( I'll not post her last name. Michael doesn't know it either). He cannot tell the selling price or exact day PT-Scripts was sold, or even the payment processors used in the transaction. He is a thief. A thief that steals from women and children. We have proof that he nulled the script. We have witnesses that were present during the sale. We have signed and notarized statements, from people that know Michael, and know what he did. Don't be fooled by this guy. He has no rights to the script and never has had them. PT-Scripts is not the only script that Michael has pirated.
He is not to be trusted. A pirate will almost never admit what they have done. And that is exactly what Michael Rogers is doing. Avoiding facing the truth, by telling one lie after another, and trying to con people into thinking he is the victim.
We have filled a complaint with IC3.
Here recently, I found out after since like March 2009 that this place sells pirated scripts, oh yeah. If, you read my other post on esbhost you will see where this is coming from. I have been on the internet since 1997 and never before have I ever encountered issues like I have been since I was hosting with esbhost and was purchasing scripts from them. Oh boy what a mistake did I make? A huge one.
He claims he purchased PT-SCRIPTS in which he didn't he stole it from a woman and her kids which paid very handsomely for that script. How do I know because I knew the man that created it, and his fellow employees which helped maintain the script and its updates.
Well, when I thought I was doing the best thing for my pocket book at the time and for my TE, I said hey not a bad deal I move my TE there and get cheaper hosting in which I needed due to the personal reasons we was going thru, I was all chipper and everything whoo hooo, I can save some money!
Hmmm, may had saved some money but this man michael rogers when he updated my pt-scripts which I owned since 2005 he altered it good all the way up to 50.9 version wow, yeah right sure, he changed how it looked inside admin and everything he even did away with my licensees to the script oh yeah.
Now, come to find out my TE is on the blacklist oh yeah all because of rogers scam tactics and rips. This man own several script sites and he does NOT own resell rights to many of them but he is nulling them, at first I didn't know what that meant until I found out and I bought over 111.00 from him now I am demanding all my money back and I tried to email him and to this day no answer. SO BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM NOTHING!
Update: Finally heard from Michael on esbhost & Cobrascripts he told me to kiss his___ he refuses to give me my license file back and he actually told me that I don't get any more upgrades, now why would I want them? They are pirated don't think so I am buying another script period.
CobraScripts.com and ESBHost.com are owned by Michael Rogers, 52yo living in Salem Oregon.

Michael Rogers hides under a FAX MACHINE. Try to call ESBHost.com and see by yourself. They will only answers (when they wants...) to your emails.
If you asked them too much questions or try to get a refund since you feels you got scammed by them. They will put your name on his Wall of Shame ( the page was removed or deleted since 1 months)
I sugges that you DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COBRASCRIPTS.COM, ESBHOST.COM OR MICHAEL ROGERS.
