They are basically ambulance chasers who draw people in with a promise in order to convince people to sign up. At the start they promise to do whatever it takes to pursue the case but in reality they are only interested in cases where the respondent pays up immediately. As soon as the respondent ignores their letters or contests things they then make excuses to the client and go back on everything they promised at the time they convinced the client to sign up.
Basically they are second rate incompetents looking for a quick buck at the expense of the client. Dirty company using dirty tactics and false promises. Not very honest or trustworthy.

Take money upfront and disappear...total scam...do not use...they have a related stie called recoveredescrow.com that helps make them look legit, but its the same group just scamming
