I called to cancel this order within 24 hours of purchasing, but was informed the order could not be modified because it was due to ship soon. Then it took ten days before it showed a "shipped" status. After a couple more weeks, the item showed "out for delivery." It has been in this status now for 4 days. I doubt I will ever receive it. Additionally, when you try to contact someone from their website, the only option is a very unhelpful chatbot or a snail mail address. I wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned.
They advertise 365 day easy returns. I have had problems for a month with this company. I just want my money back on my visa card, the way I paid for my original purchase. They want to give egiftcards that are only to be used on their site. They do not do exchanges. They charge 9.99 shipping when you buy AND when you return. They also charge processing fees.

College Basketball Store, owned by Fanatics is another terrible customer service experience. Try talking to someone who has some decision making power, no way. Tried placing an order to be delivered to my summer address, no way, they had some problems delivering to this address. Even though for the last 14 years I've had no problem, Maui Jim's, Amazon, etc. delivered with no problem
