Travellers BEWARE! I'm really surprised that UK gov let this Russian company to operate (although stated operate outside Russia - Singapore & London offices). It's all misleading and I think my husband got the link when our BA flight was cancelled. In all panicking, my husband was trying to help by submitting a claim while I was doing it via BA website & Admiral (travel insurance). There's nothing stated clearly that (1) Submit compensation claim via your airline first (2) Compensair charge 30% fee even if the claim is being pursued independently by yourself directly with the airline
You better off submitting the claim directly with the airline and won't get charge for it. If the airline rejected your claim, it is very very unlikely Compensair can help you anyway. It's totally absurd that Compensair did nothing but requesting us to pay them 30% fee despite the claim was approved by BA directly against my direct submission to them and not via Compensair.

Compensair is just another modern online scammer who mislead travellers to use their services when you should always use your airline online form! Totally misleading as they did not clearly tell you on their site that they charge 30% fee although claim is submitted directly with the airline. All in their long T&Cs where they know customers won't have time to read and understood some legal jargons
No problem and fast. First i tried claim directly to aircompany, but wizzair refused... I sent request for Compensair, be cause ODR wrok only with EU resident. Was wierd one pax got money in couple month, but for child they did new claim with airline - and money for child pax got 4 month. They got commision 30%, but without Compensair i would got nothing...

Took a long time to get the money back, cost a lot of extra time that I could have used to handle it myself.
I did get something back, which is why it's a two-star instead of a one-star rating.
They claim their service is easy to use and it saves time from doing it yourself, but the process was so I'll communicated, and (deliberately) stalled that I really would have save a lot of time and money to just do it myself. Their fee is high and they are not transparent about what exactly they receive back and what percentage of that they've charged.
I really would advise to either use another agent or to do it yourself! Using Compensair's services is truly a waste of time and money, and on top of all of that the communication is not friendly or transparent. Save yourself the headache

Communication with compensair was great I applied for compensation 6 months ago and recieved my payout today. Even though it took 6 months was worth the wait..
I'm very dissapointed with Compensair! I made my claim since december 2023, they told me thay had the payment ready and now we're on the end of march and still, NO COMPENSATION yet!
Just like that I claimed 400 euros for a delayed flight from Paris to NY. Highly recommend this service
