By raising so much money over such a short period of time for such a noble cause and conducting themselves in such a professional way (setting aside funds for maintenance, returning all unused capital, coordinating credible bids), ConstiutionDAO made an important impact on the world and likely the history of crypto and DAOs. Sure there are lots of issues that need to be resolved--some donors couldn't get their money back because gas fees were too high, is it too hard to win an auction when you know how much money the other party is able to bid and so on. But it's hard not to look at these guys and not be excited to see what's next.
