After ripping my Sister for a $12,000 job ( simply one story modular) I called for an estimate. My price started out to be $10,000, and after several excuses from me not being able to afford it the fifth and final quote came all the way down to $2550. Still said no and he said that was rock bottom. BUYER BEWARE!
