The owner of this site promises a website report (worth $330...) for free. After contact, several emails, promises and excuses I finally gave up. Wasted quite a bit of time for nothing. Not a good marketing tool to promise something for free and then not deliver.

It's Justin the Copy Doctor here. I've had a look through all my emails including my archive and can't find any correspondence with a Lisa H. So sorry to hear it turned out this way, anyone who's had my free report has found it very useful... although as it's so popular there has been quite a waiting list at times, I write them all myself.
Hopefully I explained at the time that the free report is actually a feedback session on your current copy, so it starts with me having a look at your existing marketing material. Did you send me something to have a look at?
