For a year and a half I tried to pay these scumbags for a mobile bill and phone I never once used. A YEAR AND A HALF! Every time and over 50 phone calls and 2 visits to the store and to be told I was a nut job I was told I had NO ACCOUNT! Then out of the blue they sent me to collections and destroyed my credit! Denying everything unless you call customer service and they will admit it! Then I tried to pay it again only to be told AGAIN I HAD NO ACCOUNT AND WHEN I STARTED TO CRY OUT FRUSTRATION THE SERVICE REP STARTING LAUGHING! If you have any problem with these SCUMBAGS? PLEASE CALL THE BBB OR ANYONE AND FILE A COMPLAINT!
