I ordered a costume from this company/woman on-line due to covid in April of 2021. I sent her all my info, size, and details, along with a picture of what I wanted, with a check for $350. I never heard a single solitary thing from the person for months on end. I finally after 8 months of nothing, I found the company's address and took the 3 hour drive to see what was happening. I called her from the small town that was supposedly nearby and said that I was coming by to talk to her about the costume. She sent me told me to wear a mask and gave me the directions. As she was telling me what to look for, I started to get the feeling I was scammed when the woman was telling me "Take the dirt road." What I was expecting to be a shop of some sort, turned out to be a literal farm in the middle of nowhere. Luckily I talked to the woman at the store who said she knew this woman very well, a "Mrs. Joanne Kirley" by name. And she confirmed the address.
With mask and gloves on and paperwork in hand I showed her the initial computer transactions that we had sent to each other, along with a copy of the bank withdrawal of money for the costume I ordered. This... ehem... person swore that she took no such transaction from me. What a liar and con artist! And looking at her "Property" if you want to call it that, I am not surprised. So, I played her little game and asked her how much a costume would cost and how long. She now said 1 month and cost $500. Now I was rip roaring mad. I left her with a warning that if I do not have the costume as promised, I would be taking her to court. A month later no costume. So, I got a court summons. Shocked or maybe not a week later I got a package in the mail with a costume crammed into a box with a letter from Miss Kirley that simply said "Delivered as promised". Not even folded.
Yeah, delivered all wrinkled with sloppy seams and in places gaps. I swear a grammar school student could make something 1000 times nicer. I mean seriously, it looked like she put the whole thing together in minutes and the whole thing smelled like mildew. NO!
Warning: DO NOT get scammed by this farmer's wife costume designer-wannabe. She is out for your cash and nothing more. I am sure had I not set out to take her to court, I would never had heard from her.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust this person at all for your costuming needs. She claims to have worked as a costume designer in films and is listed in IMDB but somehow, I think it's all one huge lie.

Jedi Costume from a different company. I used her costume to line my garbage can
All I am going to say was it was a huge mistake getting costumes from this person. The pirate shirt I ordered to be custom made, was crammed in a small box, wrinkled horribly and looked like it had water stains on it. It also smelled musty like it was hanging in an old basement for a long time. When I got it clean enough to put on the sleeves on the shirt were two different sizes. Not even going into the long wait to get it in the mail. I was told 2 weeks. Took almost 3 months. And when I wrote the costumer to wanted a refund, she/he started creating all these excuses.
Tip for consumers:
Poor customer service, worse products.
