Beyond frustrated with this company. We did our research, got samples, then ordered flour sack towels for our small biz on May 27, the were supposed to ship May 31. Never happened. It is now July 20 and I continue to get excuses as to why they haven't shipped. I understand supply chain issues however the constant run around and taking our money without having the product is NOT a way to do business. They refuse to give us our money back so we have had to file a dispute with our credit card company. I would strongly advise against doing business with them!
