Counting Deers

Order this dress in a size large it took three weeks to deliver only to find out that the dress is 28" long (from neck to hem) and only a very short person can wear as a dress. The description is above the knee but they exaggerated and when advised they said something like "the butt is above the knee" so size is "as listed". Offered me 50% refund, there is no refund on "sale items" but I will be required to pay shipping back to China and from what I read the packages are never claimed or never received by companies like this and shipping is expensive. Sill working with this company on the return and full refund for their error. I could not find any reviews on this company and that is why I wanted to let everyone beware of this company and the issues I have.
