Thank you for the opportunity provided to share my thoughts on my experience with Coursiv, through my Paypal account I paid the amount which I saw in the advertisement $10. The advertisement doesn't state continual membership deductions or instalments a matter which Coursiv should have reminded me before they took it knowing very well that they won't reimburse me the amount of money taken after the $10. I'm not tac savvy and was hoping to learn something from them which is no longer the case.

Follow UP: One day later, their live customer service finally came online and promised me a refund. They requested that I take down the authentic review of my experience in exchange for the refund. Unfortunately, even if I do receive the refund, I won't retract this genuine experience. Moreover, I attempted to request a refund within one hour of payment, but it was unsuccessful. I did try the platform, but the content is truly not worth the price. The course material gives the impression of being a content farm, and while it might provide a tiny bit of assistance for beginners with zero experience, it's not as effective as advertised. I don't want to see more victims like me, so I urge everyone to be cautious truly. THIS WAS A PURCHASING EXPERIENCE THAT MADE ME FEEL DECEIVED.
Coursiv is fantastic! I liked the courses on content writing, AI tools, and digital marketing a lot. I've gained valuable skills that have already helped me to work with first ever clients. As a beginner in freelance, these courses were right for me. The instructors are excellent, and the platform is user-friendly. Highly recommend!

I'm currently experiencing Coursiv's beginner courses and am thoroughly impressed. The user interface is intuitive, making learning both enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend for anyone starting their educational journey!
Bought a downloadable book from them in January. Today I have a charge pending for 79.99. Apparently I was signed up for a subscription I was not aware of. They dont send any communications that you have been subscribed. And they dont send any communication letting you know they are going to charge you. Not even a payment receipt. I have no way to verify that I agreed to pay them anything.
Their "refund policy" is crap. They offer lots of "empathy" and "deep regrets", but ultimately its "tough sh*t".
Tip for consumers:
Cant really say anything about their actual products. But you will get signed up for a subscription without your knowledge and you will not get a refund.

After my initial review was posted, someone from Coursiv contacted me about my experience. They apologized for how it had been handled and the DID refund my charge.
I've not used their services so I can't speak to that, but anytime a company goes out of its way to right a wrong, I feel that company deserves a chance.
Coursiv is fantastic for beginners! The user-friendly design and engaging courses. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn new skills. A solid 5 stars!

Course only concentrates on chatgpt. Doesn't cover other AI apps. Fairly boring course. They refuse to give refunds.

I think the interface is quite user-friendly (believe me, I'm a designer myself). The content is unique and useful. Highly recommended!

This is really great! I was searching for app where I can learn and immediately practice things that I have learned, and found Coursiv. There are exercises and practices on Chat GPT, with evaluation from the app. Thank you Coursiv!
It is so fun to learn while playing kind of a game. I have hard times concentrating on video lectures and long lessons in general, but coursiv offers short and interactive lessons about freelancing

I purchased a course from them. It's an absurd SCAM.
I was expecting a course but they gave me something completely different from the advertising. They offered a course to learn how to use AI software and they gave me a general course on how to become a freelancer, all fluff, no valuable information.
The lessons are rubbish, all slides, no videos, repetitive, each slide says the same thing, there is no value, they are probably all generated by AI, many words but they say nothing and above all the site does not work well from PC It has a smartphone-only interface. It's disgusting, after purchasing it I immediately asked for a refund but obviously they didn't give it to me...SCAM
Obviously because it is a scam they didn't refund me after I requested a refund 5 minutes after the purchase.

This app is something that can change the way you use AI. I wish I used it even more than I do now.
