Same story, different victim. Ordered a product and on that day I was sent an email saying my order shipped. What they meant is they printed a label that generated a tracking number and that's where it all ends. Phone calls, emails, all ignored. What is so annoying is that they can continue to do this. I am disputing the charge but have to wait 30 days. Infuriating.

This company doesn't exist. They take your money and you will never hear from them again. How are they allowed to continue this scam? Currently disputing the charge with my credit card.

Ordered products and received 2 emails the day of the order. An order confirmation and a Purchase receipt. I never received anything else. It's a web site run by thieves. They take your money and disappear. Like everyone else, I found no way to get to a real person. They have a phone number where you can leave a message, but no one calls you back.

Ordered product on 1/10/15. Received an email confirmation of the order along with a shipment tracking # on 1/12/15. When I check the tracking # provided, nothing more than a shipping label has been created. It is now 1/27/15. No product, no answer to emails, and no answer when calling. I've been scammed. BEWARE OF CTBEAUTY!

Likewise i ordered a product and received a confirmation and tracking info. Nothing arrived. I am worried about having entered my credit card info into their database.

I place an order on 12/28/14 and never recieved my order. The company has not returned my calls. They sent me and email that said the order had shipped & it hasnt been shipped. Reporting this to my credit card company.
