“This credit card is issued by Meridian Credit Union...”

This credit card is issued by Meridian Credit Union in Ontario, Canada. It is attached to the Choice Rewards program ( www.choicerewards.ca). My two main complaints about this credit card are as follows: 1. The security department works very limited hours. If there is ever a security violation that you need to call about in order to re-activate your card, make sure it only happens between 10am and 9pm EST. I was in downtown Ottawa, trying to pay for automated parking at 7am in order to go to work, and I was informed that I needed to talk to security before being able to use my card. 10am? Really? Sorry, that's ridiculous. 2. The online site. To be fair, they have made some changes recently. However, my biggest issue was how the statement I received in the mail had little similarity to the online site... payment information and available credit information didn't match up. Things look more clear now... but it took this long to figure this out?!?! For a credit card?!?

Tip for consumers:
Move on to one of the "big banks" in Canada and get a credit card with better and longer support.
