I ordered a custom Laptop skin from their site and was left very disappointed.
Not only did the order arrive a lot after they said it would but the quality was also very poor. It was a plain sticker with butter paper that can be bought from any printer store for a much more reasonable price and quality. The image was extremely blurry and the size was also larger than the screen despite the fact that the model was provided. Packaging was also very poor and the skin arrived with multiple creases and folds. Not recommended at all. I asked for a full refund since I was charged Rs 1050 for it and it failed to meet all expectations and arrived in a miserable state but they aren't responding to the complaints either.

Custom Freaks Poor Quality and No response to complaints!
So, I ordered 4 things from Custom Freaks. A laptop sleeve, a laptop skin, a mobile cover and a pop socket. After I received the order, I found that laptop skin is smaller in size so, I contacted their customer care representative, who told me that he will forward my complaint to the concerned dept. Well, days after days, I kept on reminding him but to no use. Only dilly dally responses. Even I threatened to give bad review but it seems they don't bother. As for the quality of other products, I tried to change the position of the pop socket and it broke. Lol. I am attaching pics for reference. This is what I get for the price mentioned in the pics. Not recommended by me.

They have send me a mobile cover that is opposite of what I have ordered. This show lack of professionalism from themm. Truly disappointed.

Ordered backpack, mobile cover and popsockets. Received my stuff on time however they sent popsockets separately and gave reason that there was an issue in quality so had to make them all over again and sent the remaining goods between the time. Thanks Custom Freaks
