Bought a custom hoodie. Horrible quality. Very thin and cheap! Sizes are very small. Names were printed in small cursive on back of sleeve. Slow shipping even though I paid for priority. Absolutely over priced. I feel ripped off and this was a mother's day gift. I'm very disappointed!

These are TERRIBLE quality. They're $5 china sweaters made with poor quality. Don't make the same mistake and buy it cause the TikTok videos make it look nice, cause it's not.
You're much better off purchasing from a custom print shop or something.

STAY AWAY! They will send something out but not at all what you ordered. Even what they send out is spelled wrong and ugly. Ordered sweatshirts they sent T-shirts. They don't refund they give you the run around. Had to report them to my bank. They need to be shut down in the USA as they're trying to scam us all!

I ordered this cute sweatshirt that they showed online. When I got it. It is absolutely horrific. The material is all weird and pulley It's not sweatshirt material, feels like plastic...it's very strange it's cheap it's garbage. I'm so upset. I lost $56! There is no contact number.

I ordered BOGO diapers on 8-7-21 and the money was taken from my account. No communication from Custom Love Apparel and have never received my order. Today is October 10. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but CLA hasn't responded to them either. CLA will not answer phones. RATING SHOULD BE 0 STARS. THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS ONLY GOOD AT TAKING CUSTOMERS' $$

This company is a joke. They take people's money and do NOT deliver a quality product. Nor do they try to correct their mistakes. BUYERS BEWARE!
I purchased a hoodie from this site mid/end of November for a Christmas present. It arrived a couple days before and had the incorrect embroidery dates on the front of the hoodie. They requested pics of the hoodie and then stopped communicating. I requested a refund multiple times and never received a response. I had to dispute with my credit card and they finally responded that they would send a new one. I told them multiple times not to send a new one and that I wanted a refund. They sent a new one anyway and the quality of the hoodie was absolutely horrible. It would be embarrassing for anyone to wear. My credit card has recharged me and all i want is my money back and all the time I have invested back.

How is this place allowed to stayed opened? I paid for priority shipping and was pushed to the side for over a month. This was supposed to be for Mother's Day and we're almost at Father's Day.

I paid quite alot for the shirt I bought it was awful the picture that was put on the shirt looks like it was drawn on by a 2 year old and the quality of the shirt was cheap!
