After joining this site for six months costing £114, I had approx 200 text alerts, then because I had not cancelled my membership due to being rushed to hospital for an emergency opperation, I was automaticly signed up for another six months, I tried to explain to this site that it would cause me extreme hardship, mainly because I would be out of work for at least three months, they told me that it was
Their "policy" not to refund any money or reduce my membership.
After a few weeks I noticed that I did not have any more email alerts, in short from August 2010, to date February 2011, and many emails to this site about my lack of email alerts from them and each time a different person would reply telling me that they were in "charge" and it was possibly a problem with my computer! I have only recieved approx 3 email alerts from them. I did email them to confirm this and that there was nothing wrong with my computer, their reply was, "oh good the problem has resolved itself" I strongly believe that because I had sent so many complaints to them, they had my money and decided to ignore me, especialy knowing that there was'nt much I could do about it. So my second payment of £114, was for nothing. I wish there was an onbudsman or someone that would take these sites on for people like me who know that this is another scam.
