I am running my website on Dating Factory. Mostly I am very satisfied as they have various niches and I can reach many users with different interests.
Be careful guys do not spend any money on this website, so many women's will contact you but they are all fake with no explanation. Extremely bad

I really really don't understand how such a long standing platform is run in this way. We've been with Dating Factory and another provider for years now. Due to frustrations and poor tools, we have earnt next to nothing on this platform, while on another I turnover a very comfortable income. I find Dating Factory immensley frustrating and out of date. Prices for members are too high and the platform offers no custom pricing to be set per site. The promo tools like their member list tool is so out dated. I seem to make headway for a while, then there is a shift in staff and I'm back to square 1. Lately however, there has been some hosting updates leaving the admin platform barely responsive. There is sooo much potential here, just marred with hickups and patchy to none existent at times comms. It's almost like the platform to to be re-launched after a diet.
Been with dating factory for some time seems to me that they are hiding different types of visits me and several friends using this SAAS have noticed.
Tip for consumers:
make sure to ask why they are not tracking the visits we need to find out why, holding company bought them is this why
I have seen better but also much worse!
A whole bunch of negative reviews on sitejabber... but usually people don't levae reviews unless they are unhappy.
3/5 for most of their sites. I did not find them bad at all!
Don't sign up as a member, they try to make extra money from any of your little or big needs. Lastly after a couple of "starters" or however they call them I had suddenly got my money back. There was no special reason and they were prepared to make it undone but they asked € 25 administration costs. See more on my blog datingsites dot pinkdating dot eu
Tip for consumers:
Datingfactory lacks a main menu item "history".
datingfactory.com seem to be alive and well and still encouraging people to sign up. I am interested in starting a dating site in an already saturated market but i will still make a go of it. Its sad to see the disappointing experiences you have had. Customer service should be as excellent as the product/ service provided. I found this article http://onlinedatingpost.com/archives/2013/08/big-changes-online-dating-white-label-provider-landscape/
Has anyone been impacted by this? Its an old article but any info would still be valuable

It after 3 moths take 44 eur. I just want So it take 88 eur about!
And not possible brake this thing.
And video service not work. Girls not talk then i wrote to it.
Pavyko atsisakyti automationio pratsimo.
Affiliate marketing isn't cut for everyone - only those truly know how to bring quality and relevant traffic can hope to score a success. I don't get you get angry at Dating Factory - they gave us all a stick and a lake to fish in, but some of us go home with a full bucket of fish!
In my book, they are a perfect partner to work with, always helpful and there to help me optimize on performance, always paying on time, and I couldn't be happier with epc.
Refusing to cancel my membership. Fake profiles. This company should be prosecuted!

I also wrote a bad feedback on this site before, until the moment I realized that the allegations are not quite correct:
- My VIP profile exist for about 2 weeks and I had two very serious interactions with
Attractive women who are guaranteed no fake profile or scam.
- One woman with profile I personally know from the "real" life, so 100% no fake
The filter concept of this website has a pioneering vision!
A VIP profile is worthwhile, because there are also interactions possible with members who have a free account
I continually get money deducted from my credit card from this company and i have no idea what this company is nor do I visit Dating sites. I have to fight with my credit card company every month to take off the charge. People need to report this company to the police!
I joined the site, added a photo that i use on my work CV's so it's just a full face photo. My profile just listed my hobbies and interests which were sailing, theatre, dining out, camping.
It was a very short profile because I was going to do a more interesting one when I had more time.
I received a message straight away from a member, I answered explaining I had to pop out but would chat later. When I got home, I tried to log in and couldn't, so I contacted help.
They emailed me the next day to say my account had been deleted because of reasons that could include: explicit content, harassmen, fraudulent activity, black listed etc.
I emailed back to say that there must be some mistake and I would be grateful if they could they look into it.
I received another email from them saying they won't be looking to restore my profile.
There wasn't any explanation, and obviously didn't bother to see they had made a mistake.
Sadly this incompetent company oversee a few dating sites.
I am at present contacting the head of the actual dating site that I became a member of. Because they shouldn't be allowed to do this to innocent people, plus the company using them will be losing money.
I would like to state since this has happened to me, I have heard they have quite often done similar to members.
BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
This dating deleted my profile claiming I had posted objectionable material despite the fact that t I use the exact same profile narrative, photo and form of communication to reach out to other members on other dating websites.
Don't sign up for any of its dating services. In my case estoniansingles.com. You will get many short messages from different women (robots) which gives you the motivation of upgrading Trial to Gold membership. Dirty tricks. VISA bank payment won't work via their bogus payment website that shows the same errors regardless of amount. The reason is most likely that the payment company is not compliant with PSD2 2FA. I am guessing that is why they force you to do a transfer to account Tyche Technologies AG which is (owned by datingfactory.com) via Barclays Bank, GB02BARC*******1888. The payment never changes the membership to gold. It took me one week hoping you will give up and steal your money. Instead, they are sending unprofessional, and sneaky email support answers that the transfer takes several days. A payment reference number is randomly created every time you refresh the transfer page. This number has no significance. They are gathering information about you and I believe they are also saving pictures of people and reusing them which is forbidden by EU/EUS law.
DatingFactory is based in Switzerland.
Someone from the Switzerland's Federal Department of Economic Affairs had this to say:
Providing false or misleading information to consumers might be considered a criminal offence under the Federal Act against Unfair Competition. If you wish you may file a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Zug where the company is based. In your complaint you should state clearly why you think a criminal offence has been committed.
When you're close to receiving commissions, they carry up your payout minimum amount. Very dishonest company. Stay away from this website, whether you are an affiliate marketer or a dating consumer.
I have excellent experience with these guys. They always reply to my emails and solve any possible issues I might have. Also, they pay on time (If you can make money with online dating)
I've already written a review of these nothing less than fraudsters (fake profiles etc) but wanted to add that it may not be obvious that the site you on or interested in is a Dating Factory site so be sure to check, somewhere it will day something like "powered by the Dating Factory". If you see that then run. Please also google Tania Fathers the one founder and send whatever company she's got a high powered job at a stinky email telling them of her fraud.
Datingfactory.com, advertises footfedish partners. Once they get credit card payment, they give you womens profiles to hook up with - all over the WORLD. That is totally useless. They don't give refunds on your card or complaint. If I could sue them I would!
Fake profiles, fake messages, extortionate charges for non-payment, threats of debt collection and misleading email campaigns. If you sign up for free then they send emails saying people sent you messages. Then you sign up but you still cannot read. Unless you go VIP. Then you find they are all fakes. Then if you cancel they will demand surcharge and threaten further action. Steer clear.
They scammed by intellectually disabled son out of over AU$1000. He joined Disabled DatingClub.com.au for 2 weeks but the fine print that he obviously did not comprehend provides for automatic renewal unless there is a formal withdrawal by fax and email. There were also no legitimate contacts on this dating website; a total scam.
I have more than 8 years experience in online dating white label. They are truly the best on the market.
Conversions are very low (or that's what stats shows), some months, hundreds of real registrations with active users with no sales. Sometimes you have chargesback from users higher than comissions (or that's what stats shows), so you have TO PAY THEM. Too much fails on affiliate's panel and stats and support give random answers but they do not solve anything, it seems they are kidding you. It worked well when I started with them years ago. Now I'm sending more traffic, more registrations, more countries, I have more websites and conversions are lower ¿? Now is one of the dating affiliate programs less profitable.
