Lovely swimming pool and surroundings ruined by management. The pool was very clean after opening post lockdown on 26th April 2021. After a few days the usual problems of snagging other persons hair while swimming and sticking plasters on the pool bottom were seen. If you are an adult looking for swimming where you are not obstructed by unsupervised children or unpleasant swimming coaches asking you to leave your lane so they can hold a class, which is not on timetable, this is not the club for you.

If I could have given zero or a minus…
If I could have given zero or a minus mark I would have done so. My wife bought gift vouchers for my daughter and I. Due to the pandemic we were unable to use these until recently. My daughter cannot use as she has gone back to uni. The club said I could use both vouchers then reneged on their promise. That cost us £50 for the voucher that expires at the date of November. Their management staff were also very arrogant when delivering their corporate message at the Purley, south London.
I advise against anyone doing business with that company.
COMPLAINT RE DAVID LLOYD ABERDEEN - Paid £170 per month for family membership, I used kids facilities to enable me to use the gym once per week and after 1 year they cancelled all the kids afternoon clubs for 3-4 year olds without warning. I advised the club I would need to cancel the membership due to no alternative childcare arrangements and they are making me pay 3 months fees to cancel the membership... terms and conditions say that they will use noticeboard to advise of changes yet the Aberdeen noticeboard has not been in use since at least 3 months re kids clubs! Some of the staff were very rude on the telephone and I am now reporting them to the financial services ombudsmen for the nasty repetitive calls for fees whilst my complaint was pending investigation. My advice is to Avoid David Lloyds Aberdeen... I will update this with a progress report soon
