They sell on Massgenie -- advertised wrong product Paperwhite Kindle refurbished to new condition. Received beat up product non-Paperwhite with scratches on frame and screen.
If issue with deal, no after services to bank if - consider it as money wasted.
The product sold was not in line with description.
1. Merchant asked me to get refund from deal.com under reasoning that funds are not disbursed to them until use of vouchers.
2. Deal.com refused refund on grounds that terms and conditions at point of purchased were stated as non-refundable and that deal.com is not liable for description by merchant.
Long story short, no one is fully liable.
I bought two coupons for a massage valued at 580$. It was a HUGE SCAM.
First, every time i tried to book massage appointments the spa management 1) would always ask first if i'm trying to book with a voucher and then they would say they don't have available slots; 2) tell they don't massage foreign residents EVEN THOUGH THE COUPON CLEARLY STATES IT IS VALID FOR FOREIGNERS WITH A VALID PASS. Then, i called deal.com.sg on its hotline and the representative promised to resolve the issue with the spa and get back to me. He NEVER did. I called them back for 4 days in a row, and believe it or not, the phone was never picked up.
This was a disappointing experience and a total scam. The way the spa and deal.com.sg operated was a perfect scam. I do not recommend this website to anyone --save yourself from a headache and head directly to a store/salon.
