Not only did I wait 5 months for my order but when it arrived both were damaged. And you can't contact them. I tried canceling my order so many times and always got back, working on that! Hah No way to return and get money back. Product was awful and to bad there is no 0 button at top!

Purchased sofa cover, more than a month and don't receive yet. I tried to cancel the order, they gave me a tracking number that never started the process of shipping, I feel that they still my money easy. No way to talk to customer service. Very dissatisfying

I ordered a product over month and half ago after finding them on Pinterest thinking of them to be a legitimate business. Well who knows that pinterest is also a partner in crime as they wouldn't do anything about these scammers advertising on Pinterest. They sent me a tracking number after i sent them 2 emails and that tracking number doesnt take me anywhere to track. Complete scam. Buyers be awarr. I have just lost $50 to these thugs...

#1. It's coming from China, big red flag right there. I sent several emails asking for tracking and get no reply. I never got a confirmation email or anything... I opened a dispute with my credit card company after seeing all these bad reviews and I also was scammed through Pinterest. Buyer beware! I will definitely be checking next time for reviews before making anymore purchases. Last time I made a purchase from a company in China the same thing happened and they blame it on the China virus. Never again will China get a $1 from me. Buy U.S. A and not from these people that can't be trusted!

Purchased 2 items, different times. 3 month has passed and still no news of my orders. No customer service whatsoever!

Never received an order I placed 2 months ago. Zero customer service as there are no emails that work that feign to be customer service. This is already such a punishable act against people but during Covid is it EVER sinful. People need to eat desperately right now. I ordered 2 device arms that attach to your bed headboard or couch so you can read without holding smart phone or iPad mini, which I need because holding wifi devices makes me spin and get weak. I used Pandemic assistance money to order those and it never came. I hope somehow the universe forces a scenario where these jerks have to read these reviews and they develop a fear of God and cry themselves to sleep in their pillows. I hope they go to prison for all the money they've stolen.

This company is getting away with scamming people very sad! I have lost $50 and have no products to enjoy!

My order never came! I purchased from Pinterest and complained to them! This scammer company is all over Pinterest! Selling and stealing Money! Tell your friends. Be careful what you buy off Pinterest. They told me they dont check who is selling on the site! I'm so angry! Not fair to be taken on a site you think is a safe bet... Pinterest was not! Dealosaur has several different names on a Pinterest!

I found Deals-O-Saur in Pinterest so I wrongly assume it was a legitimate business. I purchased a sofa cover and never got my order. It is impossible to contact this company and get a refund. I'm disappointed with Pinterest. I believe they should screen their advertising responsibly...

They are liars and thieves do not ever do business with them. I placed an order from them 3 months ago and I still do not have it and they keep giving me the run around and say it is shipping or they can't give a refund because they don't have the ability to process a refund. What a crock of $#*! they have the ability to steal peoples money though... This is what they say... BS

I was ordering from 3d hoodie and out of know where dealsosaur appeared in my statement. They stole my money.

My order has not been shipped and it is impossible to communicate with them. They sent one form letter blaming COVID-19 for delays but it has now been over a month and they have never responded to my 5 additional emails asking for a refund or my order. Total Scam!

Sour Deal, Apparently they don't have them as they take your money but do not ship.
They tout a great customer service... that does not exist.
Add me to the ever growing list of disgruntled scammed customers.

No phone number, no customer service. No way to get my money back. No product no explanation. $35.00 stolen from me.

It said its on its way and gave me a tracking number but every time i put it in to check it it say no tracking #. I feel like i have been screwed. Never again will i order from these people again. Just don't do it.

Made a big mistake trusting Pinterest on dealing with Dealosaurs thinking this was a legitimate site to deal with. I purchased a few items paid cash and never received a bloody thing. Buyers beware things aren't what they seemed to be.

I placed an order for a mini belt sander ON APRIL 6TH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT AS OF JUNE 29TH! They blame Covid-19. That might play into it to a degree--but you will never convince me that it's all Covid's "fault". No, it's the ineptitude and the incompetence of a lousy company, or, it's the slyness of a rip-off company. I'm glad that I'm only out $25--I feel bad for those who have lost/been ripped-off of hundreds. They do not responsibly answer any of my emails either. Rather than taking the time TO ACTUALLY READ MY EMAIL AND RESPOND SPECIFICALLY TO IT, they automatically send me a "cookie-cutter" email as an "immediate response". HOGWASH! Do NOT ever order anything from Dealosaurs--learn from my mistake and the mistakes of many others.

Save your money. More than a month has passed and I've yet to receive my ordered item. I opened a dispute with Paypal so hopefully won't be stuck with the bill. The company does not answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
