Delta ICO is a European scam, they used to have a different name but they changed a few years ago because of the drama. They tried to take thousands form me, If you already made an investment you are advised to plain and simply contact a USA-based organization ( i will try to write your name lower section), you email them and tell them what has happened they will be able to help you get your investment back from delta.
