Ordered checks 3 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. Contacted customer service and they can't track them. Learned that they ship Standard mail - that's the method used for grocery ads, special offers on windows, etc. They offer the option to pay $20 for Priority, so it's that or your personal and bank account info travels with junk mail. Most businesses spring for 1st class mail. This is seriously bad business - they could be in the wrong hands and I may have to change my bank account. Never again.
I ordered checks on April 30th and still haven't received them May14th I'll never do business with them again
