If you do dentistry or dermatology, they make specific posts related to that field. For example, botox for crows feet will appear on your facebook page. The more eyeballs that see your page, the less they charge you on a monthly basis. This is because they are supported by the companies that advertise on your facebook page. I read a few of their ads and the did not appear to be too much like an advertisement. I did ask a few of my loyal clients and they all said they would unfriend my page if they were bombarded with company spam. I still like the idea of letting them make posts for my business.
