Derrick Dodge- They don't appreciate their customer time. When I called to come and discuss the price and to finalize the deal for their vehicle that I checked on Friday they said we can do something and when I was there " You know what they offered the same as the listing price by the manager Deep which I already checked on Friday so why they called and asked to come if they don't want to go lower? I know that's their property but at least appreciate other time". I highly don't recommend Derrick Dodge at 6211 104 St NW Edmonton AB.
Before I left he came and started arguing with me. WOW WHAT A SERVICE. Try to find out other dealers. Derrick Dodge think they are the only one in the market to sell the vehicle but don't forget if there are no customer no Derrick Dodge as well.

Trust the bad reviews on this place. You will never get customer service after you sign, just continous run around and ghosting. They don't do warranty work without a fight; when they do, it's not properly done if done at all. After almost having to involve my lawyer, they still didn't do things agreed and signed upon.
