Waited 3 months and after numerous telephone calls (no people just automated and no callbacks) and emails to customer service (with only one email back saying they had tragedies and would be caught up in 2 weeks), I finally had to contact my credit card company for credit back. This internet company is still online taking orders and immediately charging your credit card, but good luck getting anything including a response back.
