Extremely one-star service. His communication skills are beyond subpar. A representative had responded to a request I had made a while ago, back when my business partner and I were trying to get a website up for our business. When he called me, I told him at the time that we weren't really looking anymore for a website, as my job had cut my hours to the point I couldn't even afford my rent. He insisted on checking in at a later time anyway, and I said fine, whatever. About three weeks ago or so, I was hospitalized for a full week due to a chronic illness that, when I have complications, If I do not immediately seek medical treatment, can result in death. Now, if any of you know how expensive hospital stays can be, you know it can be extremely expensive, especially for someone with a limited fund already. I also unfortunately am no longer employed with the company I was working with before. I explained to him when he texted me today to check in, that I had been hospitalized due to a chronic illness and, in paying for that, am unable to have the funds for this at this time still. His response was extremely rude and unprofessional. I already have a lot of other stressor in life, I do not need some random person who has never met me before passing judgement on my life.

EDIT: The head reached out to me despite stating I want zero contact from this company. He asked me to delete my reviews because they made his company look bad, and he had fired the representative. Unfortunately for him, I don't take kindly to being harassed.
