Do not order anything from this so-called company.! I ordered a Diffuser which is supposed to burn essential oil and fragrance a room. I had typed in Canada and was not expecting it to come from the USA and also it is made in China! It is a piece of crap. The only plug in goes into your computer USB port and the cord and connecting part would not even stay in the diffuser. It is cheap plastic and looks like garbage. The Free Return policy turns out to be so long and negates almost every type of return and you have to pay your return postage anyway. They only send links or sites for you to reread their crap policies and are no help. I was even asked to take a "video" of the diffuser "not working"... hello... I am thoroughly disgusted, I should have known better and will never order from any kind of similar site again.

I agree with all of the bad reviews. Total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I oredered a diffuser, waited 10 business days, called and emailed. They kept saying they were "looking into it." Gave me a fake tracking number. You can't review them on their webpage and this is why! SCAM!

They charge your card the day you place your order, then the customer service stops right there! I placed an order 11/22/17, but who knows where my order is! I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
