“Seller to flee”

Seller to flee. Professional camera and its lens worth more than 2000 euros, defective/unusable. Non-compliance with the legal guarantee of lack of conformity, non-compliance with the consumer code. Non-existent digital-photo after-sales service: they just do the packaging and shipping to the manufacturer. Digital-photo after-sales service, which is hidden behind the manufacturer, does not assume its obligations as a seller, and what's more, it is playing for time. Unfortunately, I had to send a RAR on 02/19/2024 so that in accordance with the consumer code he could replace the defective product, without result. Digit-photo asks several times to send the package back to the manufacturer "fujifilm electronic Imaging Europe Gmbh", you go around in circles and play for time thinking that you will be tired and will not contact the consumer mediator or even the competent court. Very disappointed not to be able to use my camera which I paid for at full price, as well as their completely unprofessional attitude and their contempt for the consumer and the law. Do not recommend.
