I ordered for ink cartridges 2 weeks ago but none has arrived. I could'nt get hold of their website too since it "disappeared" after two weeks. I called on the phone number on their website and got a reply: " our shipment will arrive today or tomorrow". After that, nothing happened. Stay away from this website.

Ordered 2-hp cartridges 2/5; quick to deduct $$$ from card; nothing received yet; no response from numerous e-mails; phone rings off the hook, no answer, no voice mail. Google shows '*******@hostasaurus.com' might have controlling interest. Trying e-mail 2/26 before filing with Visa;

Ordered 3 cartridges. They arrived via UPS but the first one was faulty. Second works. No idea about the third. Same experience as the others: phone ringing but no one picks up. Email returned as not deliverable. Believe the authorities should be informed. They are in Denver, CO. I advised UPS.

This site is a rip off have the same problem as the other reviews. Has been 9 days and still have not received my order. Same response email, they will get with me shortly and that was 3 days ago. Phone rings 4 times then get a busy signal. Someone should investigte this bussiness. Stay away from them.

Stay away from this site. I was looking for a toner for my printer and I found this site through google link. It was a decent price, so I ordered through it. So far there is no shipment or response from them. The phone number rings, but no response. This appears to be a scammer, stay out.

My toner cartridge didn't work. My emails get only an automatic response. Their phone is not toll free and it is busy.

Had all the same problems with this site but was lucky and was able to talk to a real person who stated that they were shutting down and that i would get a refund for my order. To my surprise i did get a refund but their service was terrible and i can see how they went out of business.
