Signed up with Distributel February, 2019. Still do not have all services up and running 100%. Won't refund any money. It is now late March. Out source their work to Bell who then turn around and say "they need to do their job". The technical support is disgraceful. Most likely outsourced out to another country as 99% of technical support the English was very poor. Probably not even technicians as they tell you to trouble shoot and most likely reading from a script. Distributel. Information on their website is useless. The sales person over the phone signed me up with a package that was not what I wanted based on what I said I wanted. Literally wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to answer the phone then hours lost with them telling me over the phone how to trouble shoot the equipment. End of all this the they say the ATA Cisco telephone box has to be replaced because it was defective and now still waiting for a replacement for the Entone box because it is defective. Still waiting for the replacement. Watching the TV picture getting pixelated images and freezing for a few seconds to a few minutes that I have to unplug the box. NOT RIGHT PAYING FOR SERVICE YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING AT TOP QUALITY. They seem to think this is not a problem and I am making too much of an issue.
After canceling our service with Distributel they said they will send a box for us to put the Router in. We never got the box so we called. Again we were told that the will send a box. This scenario happened a few other times. We tries to call of many occasions but it takes at least 25-35 minutes to speak to a french agent since they say that if the account is in french only a french agent can talk to us... After many failed attempts to reach an agent we forgot about that. Back to the present i get a letter saying i have been put in collection for a Router that was not returned. We call and we are finally able to speak to someone who again promises to send a tag for the return. We got the tag today and called Distributel to make sure we were doing it right only to have agent say to us that unfortunately since it's been 1 Year we cannot send back the router. (This is after they send us the tag to ship back). We call back again to try to get to a supervisor and this time the agent tells us a whole different story. New Story: You had a contract to buy the router so the debt that you have is not because you didnt send it back but because you agreed to buy it!?!? We have been told so many things by so many agents and meanwhile our names are in Collection for 200$ that we do not owe. We even asked to listen to the call that took place when we canceled the service to prove that the agent said that we will not be charged anything and again impossible to listen to it.
