I have ordered from Diya online countless times through the years for myself and my mother. I even ordered an outfit and a pair of earrings for a friend as a birthday gift. Their clothes are beautiful in my opinion and very affordable. They use DSL shipping service and delivery for me has always been within 3 days, and i live in America while they are overseas. I have noticed their prices have become more expensive while their selection is becoming more ordinary. They use to have unique, colorful, dazzling, elegant, graceful, feminine clothing. I have emailed them several times about this and i have seen an upgrade back to their dazzling clothing. I still give them 5 stars. I check their website almost everyday to see if the high prices have gone on sale bc as soon as they do, i'm filing my cart up! :)

AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE
The worst online shop I have ever dealt with. I got my order and it was damaged. They told me to send it back which i did recorded delivery (good job I did) because they denied they received it but hey its been signed for with proof of signature and was signed for at there registered address. They are still refusing to give me a refund so now I will have to get in touch with my credit card company to get a refund. AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE.
