They have beautiful dresses, but do not let this fool you. I unfortunately decided to purchase a dress form this company, when I received it, it was nothing like the pictures, wrong color, the arms were wrong and it was missing the lace on the bottom part of the dress. They also had two completely different dresses under one listing, so you were unsure of which one you were buying, for example one was long with lace all over, the second one was short with lace only on the top part of the dress (misleading advertisement for sure) When trying to contact the company they only have an email address, they are based out of china so I understand the time difference, but it took days and then weeks to get a reply. Talking to the owner is a whole other story, you have to try and figure out what she is trying to say in her emails which is annoying. If you bought something from them and try to return it, good luck. Its obviously more about the money then the customers and their happiness with their product. I have been dealing with this for 3 months now. I don't even want a full refund, all I asked for was partial refund and I want to return this faulty dress to them because I do not want it, I have no use for it, at least they would be able to use the materials again. Save your self the time and hassle and just go to a real store, trust me on this.
