This is the worst company I HAVE ever purchased from!
Ordered my beams last November! Still haven't received them multiple emails.
Every time they give excuse. Then tell me it will.be 2 months before they will ship my order. This has happened 4 times!

DO NOT BUY FROM DJM SUSPENSION! I gave them a 1 star BECAUSE they didn't have a 0 horrible company!

Kathryn@ DJM Suspension looks after the Canadian Shipping and was awesome in explaining how the shipping works and their challenges given the Covid times. So nice to talk to a real person! Thankyou, Rich

I HAVE OWNED A BODY SHOP FOR 40 YEARS AND DONE MANY CUSTOMS, A LOT OF LOWERED S10 PICKUPS & BLAZERS. I DECIDED TO TRY THERE LOWERING PKG. ON MY OWN 2002 S10 PICKUP THAT ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES ON IT BECAUSE THE A ARMS LOOKED NICE, WHEN I GOT THEM I NOTICED THAT THEY HAD GREASE ZIRKS ON ALL BUSHINGS, NICE BUT THAT THE BALL JOINTS HAD NONE. WELL I PUT THE KIT ON HAD IT ALIGNED WELL TRIED TO AND AFTER 2 ALIGNMENTS THE STILL COULD NOT GET THE CORRECT CASTER SET. I HAVE DRIVEN THIS TRUCK ONLY ABOUT 1,200 MILES AND IT RIDES VERY ROUGH COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS, ALSO THIS MORNING I GOT IT OUT OF STORAGE FOR A LITTLE DRIVE GOT ABOUT A MILE FROM HOME HIT A SMALL BUMP AND THE DRIVERS SIDE BALL JOINT CAME APPART LETTING ME SKID DOWN THE ROAD AND OF THE SHOLDER. NOT GOOD I, M GLAD THAT I WAS NOT DRIVING 55 MPH. I TOLD MY FRIEND ABOUT IT & HE REMINDED ME ABOUT HIS THAT DID THE SAME THING ALONG WITH THE SHOCK MOUNT ON HIS COMING APART. SO NOW IM INTO A TOW BILL PLUS I WILL HAVE TO PULL BOTH BALL JOINTS OUT BECAUSE I CANNOT TRUST THE OTHER ONE. OR I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE BOTH CONTROL ARMS. SORRY I THINK QA1'S MIGHT BE BETTER. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS REAL GOOD BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON. BOB

Seen a Utube video were they strongly endorsed the 4/6 drop on a 05 Sierra. I built this truck from the ground everything brand new. Custom paint. Bought the exact wheels and tire. Before buying the bottom A arm/ c notch kit. Talked to the tech guy about the set up and said ""you wont have any rubbing or problems" i bought the the upper Aarms AND Shocks all the way around just to make sure i dont have problems. Had it professionally installed and does nothing but rubs on the front tires and cutting my new tires. The shocks i bought with the kit bounce too much in the front. Its un drivable. Until i get another kit. Called them first thing monday morning and explained the problem. If i hadnt talked to the Tech (joke)guy it would be all on me. But he was short and acted like i was bothering him. They didnt want to work with me or take a restocking fee. So stay away from this company. I shouldve stayed with the suspention companies that ive dealt with before. There customer service sucks. Dealt with Kathy which i believe is a manager. All i know is stay away from this company.

I recently placed an order with said company and two days after initial purchase they contacted via email mentioning a two week delay. To which i replied thanks for reaching out, we are ok with that. I wait a month and still no parts were delivered and no more contact, so naturally i send an email requesting status. I wait another week and no response was given, so i email yet again, same request of status... no resonse. Fast forward one more week and one more email, this time finally stating my disapointment with the lack of responses and to my surprise i recieve an email resonse basically telling me im a liar and i havent reached out and they never ever leave customers hanging out there unanswered and oh yes your parts will be shipped next week. I found the customer service rude and was put off by the lack of concern and let me tell you the emails steadily became more and more rude through out the day finally leading to my order cancelation and refund.
