I've decided to rewrite my original review based on a couple of reasons. One of which, from my original review, I was as accurate and honest as I could recall, I originally gave them 4 out of 5 stars based on my experience, which I happen to consider excellent service to begin with. The owner decided to contact me for a follow up and offered to make good on a short fall from the service we received. It is evident that this shop means business, they truly care about customer service, very hard to find in this type of industry! We received our quote from D&D and it came in under the Ford dealerships quote by nearly $100. Not to mention this included a detail of the vehicle, not just a repair. On top of being cheaper than the dealership, they were very customer service driven and seemed to truly care about providing a service their reputation reflects, outstanding service! If your looking for a quality body shop, this is the place in McDonough.
