I am so mad at this company. I had a side window replaced and very specifically asked for "not Chinese", or aftermarket glass. I got the work done. Immediately I noticed a different permanent sticker stamp on the glass within 5 seconds of getting my vehicle back. I turned around and asked if this was the proper glass and they said it was, "aftermarket". I near fell over in disbelief. Perhaps the girls in the front did not transfer the information to the person in the back (they all agreed I did not ask for the original Honda glass when how would the second girl agree or know this as I did not deal with her or talk to her on the phone is very questionable. Also, somehow I, the customer was supposed to know that their was other internal workings that to get the original parts,.they have a different process and they stressed that many times to me as if I was supposed to know this as a defence for the mistake. I was never asked if I wanted aftermarket or original parts. I pay extra for insurance to get original parts and they should know that some people don't want aftermarket and to ask but again it was specified in the first phone call. They told me they are willing to do nothing for me and are not willing to not rectify as it would waste their labour and the glass was not returnable but is that my fault? When I looked at other neg reviews the very first one I read said, "it seems they routinely do not admit their wrongdoings and blame the customer. This is exactly the case here. Again not sure how the third women who had absolutely nothing to do with our phone calls or anything adamantly tell me (they all agree) I did not specify Honda glass. The fam sticks together when it comes to money and in this case,.the customer is WRONG. And we refuse to do anything about it.
