We brought our Dodge PU 3500 in to have it fixed after there were problems with the engine. We chose to bring it to the dealership to have it serviced believing it would be better than other places simply because of their expertise is in these vehicles. The first time we picked up the vehicle my husband drove it to work in Seattle only to have it not start later. The dealership picked it up & serviced it again, stating they had received a bad fuel injector. A few days later we picked it up yet again. This time my husband didn't even make it all the way home (we live less than 5 miles away!) before the truck shut down in the middle of the road. Again, it was towed back to the dealership. Again, they stated there was a faulty fuel injector. Currently the truck is at the dealership & we are waiting to receive it back hoping the problem is truly fixed. Twice we've been stranded. Save yourself the hardship and find another Dodge expert to fix the problem. We expected much more from a reputable company. They blame the company that provided them the fuel injectors. Perhaps its time you find a new company to do business with? Bottom line, that's not our problem... only it is because we're still waiting for the truck to be fixed correctly!

UPDATE 1/2/18: Do not take your vehicle to Rairdon's of Kirkland for service! They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, condescending and incompetent! Our ordeal started in July 2017, when we took our 2004 Dodge PU to them for repairs believing as a reputable business they could get the job done. We were told there were problems with one of the injectors. Twice we picked up the vehicle and were left stranded the same day because the truck was not repaired. Our truck had to be towed back to Rairdon's each time. These issues lasted in to August & what started as a $4,500 fix continued to go up & up. We questioned Rairdon's competency & wanted to bring our truck elsewhere for repair; however, were now vested for thousands of $$'s@ Rairdon's! The 3rd time the truck was returned for the same symptoms was in the latter part of August. We did not receive our truck back until mid-November! Weeks would go by before we would hear anything! When it was finally returned to us again in November, it took only 1 week & the same symptoms started again, only much worse! We contacted Rairdon's, with whom we had now paid $11,000 & they stated,"Rairdon has no liability & will not participate any further than we already have". Yes, that's right! Unbelievable! Once they had their $$ they refused to help any further even though they had not properly diagnosed or fixed the problem! We took our truck to a diesel shop in Monroe & were told a new engine was needed, costing us now an additional $10,800. We are devastated! After paying $11,000 that could have gone towards a new engine to begin with we have to pay almost another $11,000! We could have purchased a new truck with that $$, which, by the way, we already didn't have! Rairdon's refuses to help after we paid them all that money. They've taken no responsibility. We have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) & Washington State Attorney General (AGO). Save yourself the headache & lot of $$! DO NOT GO TO RAIRDON'S OF KIRKLAND FOR REPAIRS OR CAR PURCHASES! Take time to read all of the complaints with the BBB or AGO. Stay very clear of any Rairdon's businesses! Also, after my previous review 4 months ago, the general manager, Kevin Graham, responded to it stated he'd like to help. This is just a show for the public! He has never reached out or shown any concern during this whole process! In fact, he responded to my Better Business Bureau response with false info. Stating they had resolved all our issues & the truck was repaired when at the time he posted this we were trying to get help unsuccessfully & didn't even have our truck back! Do not buy in to their effort to show good faith. Its just their attempt to show they care!

Tip for consumers:
I wish we had researched car repair businesses more, read reviews and done more research so we could have avoided bringing our vehicle there to be fixed. We trusted them because we had a Dodge truck and this was their expertise. At the end of the day that meant nothing.
