Return was not free. Paid $120 to return a Pool pump because it exceeded safe Hp. It was over what I needed. Consulted with a pool specialist and they told me excessive Horse power could damage my return lines. When I bought the pump I was told and it's advertised free returns. Buyer the return is NOT FREE! The consultant at Dohenys told me more Hp is better and that I would be OK. Honest pool companies advise against this. Buyers stay away from Dohenys!

I spent $508 on a solar reel system and a solar cover. It clearly states the pole is included, but didn't receive the pole. After multiple phone calls,some over 20 minutes long, I still don't have all the parts for the system. Two consecutive days I've been told it would be here tomorrow, on the 3rd day, i was told I would receive an email with instructions? ( I just want my pole)! Called back again today after no pole and no email, got told that they would have to pick up the box and send me a replacement. I asked why not go to the warehouse and get me a pole and send it!
There's no use to send back the first box because the pole is in a seperate box. Finally frustrated enough to ask for a refund, and was told I would have to pay shipping charges! I said none of this is my fault, I just want the pole. He put me on hold and came back and said they would send an order to pick up the items and refund my money! Customer service isn't what it used to be!
