I have been with Domain.Com since almost the beginning of its creation. I have purchased 100's of domain names and have had almost zero issues with this service. Redirecting to Private Servers is very easy and is up and running in under 10 minutes (most of the time). This service is #1 in my books and will not use any other domain service. Domain.Com's prices are very reasonable upon first purchase, and normally beats out on other domain services deals. This is a Top Notch Service, hands down.
Everything is pretty straightforward. Easy to use decent UX/UI. Only observation is on the domain search page, when the shopping cart is clicked open, it doesn't close that easily. You have to actually click the strip. Also, pending size of user's screen, also in the way. Lastly, scroll speed and load speed are not matched so that the it feels laggy and makes a user not want to explore the myriad choices of extensions you have available.
Solid Platform! Your Customer Services is "TOP GUN!" The 24/7 Tech Support, and Instant Chat is Excellent! I was able to transfer some Vital URL's from my former unstable and untrustworthy Registrar at 3am sometimes 4 and your Agents take care of business with facilitating patient instructions to me in a user friendly format.

I'm currently unable to access my google workspace which is causing me to lose $$ and time. The help team has not offered any help but to escalate the "request." they also said that there is a massive influx of complaints that mine is queued behind. Seems to be a problem across the board with the service. Buyer beware. Going to register a complaint w the ftc and bbb to make sure they are investigated.

When ordering, when I entered my email address the autocorrect changed ".com" to ".con" resulting in 2 hours of waiting and messaging and days before I got this confirmation. Please look into improving your tech support.

I tried to cancel a mistaken purchase within 24 hours for Google Workspace. I got the usual form letter about no refunds, credits, etc. No phone number. Just topic after topic of answer faqs and an offer to "Chat". There was no discussion and certainly no Customer "Service". I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your domain needs. There are plenty out there. Unfortunately I am not an experienced data manager and got roped in by a shoddy business that has shoddy policies.

When login into the account needs to take a long time, and sometimes will doesn't work also. After renewing the domain, very difficult to get an official receipt or invoice, when I want to print it out from the transaction list didn't show the name. At the beginning easy to use, but after your platform was upgraded, everything is user-unfriendly. Especially the invoice part.

Can't access my Google workspace account. Online chat rep told me I will never be able to get my Google workstation account back. Now I've lost all of my records in my email. Terrible way to communicate effectively. I was asked for my password over chat. I couldn't tell if I was speaking with a representative of domain.com or not. It was a disaster. And now I'm looking to find a new host because of the customer service experience.

Domain allows known website squatters/grabbers register names that have previously been in use. These website squatters (such as GODaddy LLC) then exploit legitimate registrations by charging extortionate rates (between $1,000 to $5,000 plus fake broker fees considering the website is actually registered with them) to release the domain name. It is disappointing. And it left Jitesh in a position where he was not able to help or offer any empathy. Domain must do more to stop name grabbers like GoDAddy.
What are the other options?
Customer service person I spoke with created more problems than she solved. Her level of competency was low for this. Now my emails are a mess.
Cost and was initially easy to use but I think I should have gone with GoDaddy.

The site is very difficult to navigate into building a website from buying the domain. Your integration of the builder option is cumbersome and results in frustration immediately. I paid for Word Press but cannot connect to it. I clicked on Webbuilder and was able to begin building but the guided AI version offers a horribly novice looking web presence with no customization available. While DOMAIN.com may not have anything to do with the offerings of the two builder options, you endorse and direct your clients to them so they reflect on you. Now I am looking to move the domains to another builder site but cannot locate the information I need from DOMAIN.com. NOT a good start for my first time buying from DOMAIN.com.
Wanted to try a new domain source. Have always used GoDaddy but clicked on your add and figured I would give it a try.

Do not harass you with sales pitches or spam you at all. For over 20 years now, our website is always up.

Wide availability of unique URL extensions
Slow and buggy interface, constant problems. Yesterday I was unable to update my billing information, today the domain being transferred just disappeared from the interface. Two serious problems in less than a week of service usage. I'm starting to doubt your service was the right choice and starting to think about cancelling my orders and return to the previous domain registrar instead of transferring the rest of domains.

I don't see my account information. I don't know if this site is a scam or whether its Domain.com that I originally signed up with 3 years ago. You need to go back to providing customer service over the phone. So that I can have the confidence and assurance from a live person that I am doing the correct thing to ensure my business is not being compromised. I will seek to call someone now because I have followed all instructions but do not see any of my account information.
Last night, I discovered the system was being upgraded. Today, surprise! My complimentary business email - poof and disappeared. I was informed when I contacted them first, that it never existed. Then, we are sorry about your inconvenience Pay $45 for hosting and like magic, my email will be up and running. Is this how a business should treat a as they put it, "loyal customer?"
