My personal trainer taught me a lot of things that can't be learned outside. Dos Taekwondo is real good at shaping someone's being. I would definitely recommend this to everybody!

Could say that they are a real gift to my life cause I used to be a fat gross person, and with the help of DOS, I became an It girl now. LOL. Not trying to boast, but, yeah, I like my new body and lifestyle now.

First of all, I would like to thank Sam and the whole team for making my son's taekwondo experience enjoyable. It helped my son become more confident with himself, along with igniting the newfound passion within him. He'a a lot healthier and happier these days, and it is all thanks to the Dos Taekwondo team.

My family loves DOS Taekwondo, my son and his friends have been going here for 2 years! The instructors and masters are pure excellent role models and teachers for our children. My son was very excited about his upcoming birthday party. All of his friends, classmates, and cousins were coming to celebrate his special day. I wanted everyone coming to have a unique experience that would be the talk of everyone. I was searching for birthday party ideas when I found Dos Taekwondo's birthday party package.
