Wow wow wow! I've purchased from Doucce multiple times and their products never disappoint. The punk mascara and the liner are a must have! Everything about this brand is high quality and long lasting. Can't wait to try their other products. I'll be ordering again soon!
Hands down the best mascara ever! I'm on my third tube and will never use another one again. I'm also obsessed with the eyeliner it is soo good and doesn't ever smudge and is easy to use. Also love their blush!

I use Doucce blush, eyeshadow, and a couple of their lipgloss shades. I love the eyeshadow; great pigmentation and staying power, and I find the shades to be very complimentary and easily blendable. The blush provides a great accent and is soft on the skin. I love the lipgloss as well; it spreads easily, isn't sticky, and seems to have a bit more staying power than your average gloss. Some of the sheer shimmer shades I have go great over lipstick to give it a bit of extra sparkle as well.
I placed my order of $80 worth of products on December 6th. First, they over charged me by $26. They refunded a week or two later. Fine. Well it's now December 21st & I have yet to receive my order. Tracking info I received shows it hasn't even been shipped yet. I emailed customer service last week, they said they would check on it. I emailed AGAIN a few days ago telling them to just cancel it & refund my $$. No response. Emailed again yesterday. STILL no response. I would appreciate a refund please!

If you choose to order from their website, take screenshots of your order & keep an eye on when/if your order ships. Also make sure to Google for promo codes - I got 45% off my order!

Never received products purchased from their website. I received an eyeshadow palette in my ipsy box & loved it so I ordered more eyeshadow directly from their website.
I have tried Doucce's lip gloss and one of their mascara's and i think they are both ok. The lip gloss is kinda sticky but the mascara worked good at curling my lashes.
I ordered makeup and received an e-mail stating it had been mailed by USPS on 04/17/2023, but USPS shows only a label had been created and no merchandise was shipped. I tried contacting the company numerous times over a week by e-mail, online chat, and phone. The company did not respond to e-mail or chat messages, and their telephone cuts me off after a recording. Their whois domain registration is hidden from the public, and there is no listing for them on the Better Business Bureau. There is something wrong with this company.

I have gotten their products from other vendors in the past, but they never shipped me what I ordered from them and they do not respond to inquiries about the missing merchandise.
Received a sample through Ipsy of Doucce Freematic blush. I liked the color so ordered the product directly from the manufacturer. IT IS THE SIZE OF AN EYESHADOW, tiny... sample size. It's so small it's hard to get it into a blush size application brush! Unacceptable. I will have to find another manufacturer with a similar color that knows how to make blush in an actual application size!
Genuine and fun colored eyeshadows and acrually the moisturiser s arent that bad either i think the price is affordable
