I bought hair in AliExpress the vendor uses Dpex. It was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of May till now I haven't received my order. Why would they pass my order to sharp logistics with such bad reviews. After countless complaints to my vendor I got and email from Debbie/Taryn promising to deliver between Thursday and Friday, still nothing. I don't want to do the refund because the vendor did a great job but I have no choice

Courier Sharp Logistics - Johannesburg
I bought from China via courier DPEX.
In South Africa, DPEX passed it on to Sharp Logistics. They charge 3x more than DHL! (50%, DHL is about 18%)
They are sharks and there is nothing that you can do because they have your parcel.
DHL, FedEx, etc delivers in 3-4 days. Sharplogistics took 5 weeks!
Then they deliver without notice and complain because I am not ready to received them.
