Great price kits etc. Andrew is a very trustworthy seller who offers amazing items and customer service. I have bought many kits in the past but these are second to none. Couldn't deal with a better person. You order one day and they are posted that day, and I always receive them the next day. I highly recommend dragonfog. I have never received faulty goods. I will only shop at dragonfog.co.uk for all my vaping needs. Would highly recommend Andrew at dragonfog for his professionalism as a seller. His kits are the best there is. You wouldn't get these anywhere else and delivered to your front door for the price Andrew charges. I have bought numerous kits in the past from other shops but the quality has been poor. I have never been a repeat customer to anyone on eBay or Amazon but to Dragonfog and Andrew I have returned again and again. His customer service is exemplary and I have rarely experienced service like it in any capacity. An example of this is that I can email him an order in the evening and it is posted the subsequent morning. Any problems I have ever experienced have been dealt with in an empathetic, courteous manner and have been resolved immediately. Andrew is always there to impart his extensive vaping knowledge. I have and always will recommend Andrew and the Dragonfog team to others looking to enter the vaping world. Well done Andrew and team and keep up the excellent work!

I have been ordering bronze kits, battery chargers and clearomisers from Andrew at dragonfog for a while now. I must say that I have never dealt with a more professional seller than Andrew. I have noticed that someone has left a negative, but the person they are describing is certainly not Andrew. Yes he sells cheap kits but I must say they are top quality and a brilliant price. His prices cannot be beaten. When dealing with Andrew it is a pleasure. He is a gentleman who is there to help not to con as the buyer who left negative states. I have been ordering for myself, family and friends who have seen for their self how good the quality is. Andrew does not claim to be selling these big brand names. What he states is what you get. When I order From Andrew I will receive the next day (I'm in n. Ireland) and the postage is free. Where would you get a quality kit for under a fiver (incl delivery) delivered the next day? The answer is dragonfog.co.uk. All I can say is that I will be continuing to buy from Andrew and I recommend him to everyone. It's hard to please everyone but in my personal opinion, this company is the best.

I purchased 2 bronze kits from dragonfogs eBay store.

The kits contained 2 chargers and 2 batteries. One charger was completely dead on arrival the other came with a loose wire.

I suspect the kits contained fake mislabelled batteries (Andrew for whatever reason admitted to having sold fakes previously).

The first battery element lasted 2 hours once charged as opposed to the claimed 10 hours charge, the second one was not much better lasting 4 hours for the first week but then only 50 minutes.

I suspect that the battery elements were fake 300-600maH (Andrew admitted he had a track record in this area) and not 1100maH as advertised.

I left negative feedback for dragon_fog and expected that to be the end of it, instead Andrew engaged in an sustained programme of harassment via the messaging system.

His justification apparently because he sells goods cheaply(similar price to many others on the market) that he purchased cheaply in China and put his own stickers on. I should anticipate that their will be many that won't work. He sent 9 harassing emails over the course of a day for no other purpose than to anger me.

He said that in the past he had sold fake e-cigs with mislabeled batteries and that it wasn't his fault, its his suppliers.

As it transpires rather than being a real small business Andrew is some guy running his business from his bedroom (I suspect that given his childish behaviour its his mums house).

I would avoid this dodgy outfit like the plague, poor quality, dangerous product, appalling attitude, their are many safer more professional companies selling e-cigs rather than some dodgy guy selling god knows what from his bedroom.
