Ordered and paid for shoes 3/30 and have never received them. It is now 7/5! Have sent 4 emails requesting showed or refund with not reply. Seriously, this it unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

After ordering 2 shirts from DressTours i finally received them and they didn't fit and the fabric was cheap. Before ordering, I checked the return policy which said they took returns. Not true! I emailed them and they wanted to either give me $10 back or asked if I could regift it. Seriously! I said no that I wanted to return them. They gave me an address and in May I shipped it back. Another $23. It's now the end of September and I received the package back. No explanation. It went to China and came back, no refund. Don't trust them.
Tip for consumers:
The styling looks western, the clothes look western. There is no indication that it’s coming from China. It all looks good on the internet as do their policies. Don’t fall for it!
