It's been over a month since my last purchase from Southwest. I am very happy with my truck, also want to give a shoutout to Sunny. I called him with questions about my truck, he was very helpful and even followed up with me. I will be back, they have a great selection and a great sales team! Will be back to find our fourth car to purchase from Southwest.
They had a promotion that said I won a flat screen TV. I should have known it was a fake scam to get me in the building. Once I got there they took my personal information claiming they needed it to process my prize. 45 minutes later they told me that I didnt win a prize so I left. They ran for credit rep checks on me and applied for a loan without my knowledge or permission. When I called and asked to speak to the manager he refused to give me the name of the sales person and claimed the person didnt actually work there but was a consultant. They are crooks stay away from them.
