DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered x3 dresses for my Bridesmaids on the 30th May and they still havent arrived not only this but I have chased them several times and even written to there postal address and still heard nothing back. £158 was taken from my account immediately and no contact has been attempted by the company since then. I specified when I ordered them that I need them by the end of July as my Wedding is the beginning of August and have heard nothing. The way this 'company' have conducted there 'business' is disgusting and basically fraudulent. I have attemped one last email demanding my money back and will now seek legal advise to get it returned to me, they have caused an unbelievable amount of stress and upset. I ordered a camcorder from this site on the 26th of March 2010 and payment was taken via my paypal account IMMEDIATELY. It took them a week to tell me they didn't have the item in stock and that it wouldn't be available untill the end of April. As I needed the item urgently for a work related programme I said this was unacceptable and asked for a refund. The company agreed to give me a refund - but guess what... over 2 months later, I am still waiting! The only way to contact this company is by email. And they say they reply within 3 days - they do not! When they finally answered the email I sent them asking where my refund was, they said as the paypal payment I had sent was now over 45 days old ( an example of the service they provide) would I accept a cheque by post. Of course I said I would provided it would be paid out to me! However this was on the 11th May and no cheque has arrived despite further emails from me to them asking for it. So now I am letting others know of my experience with this company to try and prevent this happening to anyone else. My advice to you is... DON'T GO THERE! I did alert Drumkinnons that I would be reviewing their site here but still they have not sent me my refund... so BUYERS BEWARE! I pesonally will NEVER use this site again. In the off chance I ever do get a refund I will let you know, but lets just say "I won't be holding my breath"! Anybody else with similar experiences of this site?

Re Drumkinnons - it is listed in these reviews as one to avoid at all costs. Look for reviews by Dasco - he lists a lot of companies run by the same guy who runs Drumkinnons and they are all well dodgy by the look of things... Check this list out folks - every site has the same format, address and problems! This guy really needs to be stopped and I am doing my best to do it. Any help here would be appreciated - I know from other reviews that many people have had problems with his other companies as well. Here is a list of them for your info:
