i was using an older version of Firefox 48.0.2 and I could not complete my purchase transaction. You might want to check into this. I switched to Google Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) and was able to complete the purchase.

You had all of the computer parts that I needed to repair my customer's laptops. No "out of stock" like your competitors, no waiting and wondering if and when the parts will become available. Your pricing is reasonable and order fulfillment is prompt.

It was easy to select the product but had issues when checking out. Many times I had server saying page was disconnected

When typing in a credit card number, halfway through, focus is lost and the page reloads since one keeps typing while looking at the card.

same website you've had for years... I was thinking you could probably use a new website, however, it was the branding and site recognition that I remembered that made me shop here... and trust it.

Easy to locate wanted parts, although most of my ordering information was provided by other sites, that turned out not to have my part in stock.
Was surprised at how expensive the shipping was for such a small part.

so far so good...customer assistant on phone was a little hesitant to take order over the phone, but that was OK as I prefer to place order over a secure website

When I called the phone was answered in an unprofessional manner. Person did not ide tiff business name merely said hello

good, although the font is a bit small and difficult to read and the website overall looks really cramped.

I purchased from you believing you sold OEM parts. It doesn't appear that is the case. The part works, but I find the advertising misleading.

Cart empties quickly. Main thing though is your shipping fee. For this little clutch piece which costs probably 4-5 dollars to ship. Give an option for slower shipping. I won't order from you again knowing you charge so much.

Checkout was a little "kludgy". Most sites I can buy without creating and account by just clicking PayPal and shipping choice is made there. otherwise is ok

Found a rare thing and ordered it. That part went smoothly enough. Arrival was timely. Packaging was a slight bother, but the item was as described and fully functional. All pleased here.

Real easy shopping. Online help was fast and knowledgeable. I asked for like new on a refurbished item. It came just as I had asked. Awesome!!! I give my highest recommendation.
