Working for Dyar Grill was horrible. I was hired as a server and was stiffed. Alex Mayhar and Bita, wife, sent me my pay through Zelle. They DO NOT W-2 their employees, have us work long hours, and then when we have to request to be paid they get upset. They steal your hard earned wages plus tips they owe you. If you are thinking about working for these scam artists and get to this post consider yourself forewarned. I wish I knew this before agreeing to work and be robbed by this business. Nick is another owner of this company who takes pleasure in belittling you and treating you like trash every day, miserable working condition.

This review is 100% accurate and true. I have attached their correspondence with me and other employees in hopes I can save other young college girls like me from wasting their time, gas, and energy only to be stiffed
Tip for consumers:
Please warn many others about this Dyar restaurant that steals from their hard working servers. Has us working long hours, asked us to work overtime without paying us and ended up getting stiffed from the many hours worked
